Out the backside of the community is a small park and a long dock into the sound. Take a stroll out there to watch the boats or watch the sun go down.

Topsail Island has everything you need for for the best vacation. You can look for shells and sharks’ teeth with each low tide at the beach. Or you may want to consider a sunset cruise or try fishing off the Pier. You could rent bikes or golf carts to cruise the island. Whatever your vacation style may be, Topsail will not disappoint.
There are also plenty of local restaurants and shops as well that cater to all beachgoers just a mile down the road from our townhouse.
